3. Products & Pricing
We aim to describe our products and keep pricing and availability accurate. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately before checkout.
Occasionally, pricing, description or stock errors may occur. If we identify an obvious error before accepting your order, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed on the corrected basis where appropriate, or cancel the order for a full refund.
4. Orders & Payments
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not mean that your order has been accepted.
Your order is accepted, and a contract between us is formed, when we send confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
Payment may be authorised or taken before your order is accepted. If we are unable to accept your order, any payment taken will be refunded in full.
Before accepting an order, we may decline it where, for example, an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, payment cannot be successfully processed, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or unlawful activity.
