📦 Larger Products or Multi-Item Orders

For larger items — like deck boxes, storage tins, premium sets, or combined orders — we may use:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48
• Other tracked or secure methods where appropriate

We reserve the right to use tracked or alternative services in cases such as:

• High-value orders
• Oversized or delicate items
• When we believe tracking adds security or peace of mind

You will not be charged extra if we upgrade your shipping.
