Shipping policy
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3.30pm Monday to Friday on the same working day. Orders placed after 3.30pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will normally be dispatched on the next working day.
UK Delivery
All orders placed through our website are sent using a tracked Royal Mail service. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
- Standard Delivery — Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.99 for orders under £20, or FREE for orders of £20 and over.
- Express Delivery — Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.99 for orders under £20, or £2.99 for orders of £20 and over.
Estimated Delivery Times
After dispatch, Royal Mail's current delivery aims are:
- Tracked 24: next working day
- Tracked 48: 2–3 working days
These are delivery aims rather than guaranteed delivery times and may occasionally be affected by Royal Mail delays or local service conditions.
Packaging
Every order is packed carefully to help it arrive safely. Smaller products such as trading cards and booster packs are normally sent in protective, letterbox-friendly packaging, while larger orders are packed in sturdy boxes with appropriate protective material.
Delayed, Lost or Damaged Orders
If your tracking appears to be unusually delayed, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we'll investigate it for you.
