We aim to dispatch all orders received before 3.30pm on the same working day. Our shipping and returns approach is designed to be clear, fair, and customer-friendly.
📦 Shipping Information
Smaller Products
For small items — such as booster packs, individual trading cards, and board game parts — we usually use:
- Royal Mail 1st Class (Large Letter)
- Royal Mail 2nd Class (Large Letter)
These methods offer reliable delivery at a low cost. Items are packed in rigid, letterbox-friendly boxes for protection during transit — no bent packs, and no waiting in for the postman.
Larger Products or Multi-Item Orders
For larger items — like deck boxes, premium sets, or combined orders — we may use:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48
- Other tracked or secure methods where appropriate
We reserve the right to use tracked or alternative services in cases such as:
- High-value orders
- Oversized or delicate items
- When we believe tracking adds security or peace of mind
You will not be charged extra if we upgrade your shipping.
📦 Packaging
We pack all items carefully to ensure safe arrival. We use a mix of:
- Rigid boxes for booster packs and cards, sized to protect them in the post
- Sturdy boxes and protective padding for larger items
We strive to reduce plastic and use recyclable materials wherever possible.
⏱️ Estimated Delivery Times
After dispatch, typical Royal Mail delivery times are:
- 1st Class: 1–2 working days
- 2nd Class: 2–4 working days
- Tracked 24: 1 working day
- Tracked 48: 2 working days
🔁 Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, please let us know.
Your Right to Cancel
As a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Just let us know within that period, then return the items to us within a further 14 days. Full details, including the model cancellation form, are in our Terms and Conditions.
Condition of Returned Items
You're welcome to inspect items as you would in a shop. However, if items are handled beyond what's needed to check them — for example, if sealed booster packs or boxes are opened — we may deduct an amount from your refund reflecting the reduction in their value. Opened sealed products lose most of their resale value, so please keep everything sealed if you may wish to return it.
Please include your order number or proof of purchase with any return.
How to Return

Return Costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. If the item is faulty or not as described, we'll cover return postage and offer a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days of receiving the item back (and always within 14 days, as required by law). Refunds include the standard outbound delivery cost and go to the original payment method.
